We would like to inform you that on 07.12.2012, the validity time period of the FXCL company's certificate was expired.

Since the company did not provide us all necessary information for the recertification procedure and confirmation of the GFROA Certificate of compliance, the Committee on Standardization and Certification made a decision to suspend the Certificate of the FXCL brokerage company.

The decision was made by the highest managerial body of the regulating organization � the GFROA Board.

We would like to inform you that due to the actions that contravene the Statute and the Center�s Rules and Regulations as well as those that inflict damage to GFROA, the GFROA Committeeee for Standardization and Certification decided to revoke the Certificate of compliance from the MC Markets brokerage company.

29.11.2012 MC Markets was divested of the GFROA Certificate due to improper performance of its obligations.

The decision was made by the highest managerial body of the regulating organization � the GFROA Board.
