The GFROA Board is comprised of law, economics, banking professionals and Foreign Exchange experts. The GFROA Board makes all decisions regarding the lawfulness of the broker�s actions and controls all the payouts from the compensation fund.

Aside from that the decisions made by GFROA Board are obligatory for compliance by the companies that have already received the certificates of compliance or are in the process of certification.

The regulations of forming the fund and the conditions of payouts from the compensation fund are detailed in the current Regulations of the compensation fund. You can send an application for dispute examination by the GFROA Board through our website. To send a claim you need to fill out an online form. All applications for dispute examination are accepted in accordance with the Procedural Rules of Claims Consideration.
